Welcome iTelecom Wholesale Customers

Last week, administrators were appointed to iTelecom Wholesale Pty Ltd ("administrator appointed") ("iTW").

Following a successful competitive bid process, Wireline Group has acquired selected assets of iTW consisting of a number of wholesale carriage service provider contracts from the administrator.

Wireline is pleased to welcome iTW's existing customer base to the Wireline Group and over the coming week we will be migrating all of your voice and data services over to our network.

As part of the migration to our network, you will be migrated to our state of the art service activation and billing system which we have built from scratch and developed over the past 10 years.

We are sure that iTW's former customers will be pleased with the service improvements that will arise from migration to our network and the utilization of our accurate, reliable activation and billing systems.

We anticipate that there will be little service interruption for your end users and we will be working tirelessly to ensure that this occurs. We are planning for complete service continuity including maintaining static IP address, telephone numbers, etc.

The sale has occurred very quickly so we are currently concentrating on ensuring continuity of service. However, we are also comitted on building a mirrored CDR feed to ensure customers are not inconvenienced by any changes. Further, we are commencing the process to integrate our systems with Telstra's mobile platforms to allow automated activation and management of services. We anticipate this will take some time and we thank you for your patience while this occurs.
